These Instructions apply under all plans and under Enterprise terms to data processed by LYNX AI LLC in providing its services, including text agents, Lynx Voice voice assistants, enquiry management, collaboration, tools for working with text and audio and connection of other services. Information about the operator and the processing of data is set out in the Privacy Policy.

1. How to request deletion

1.1. If a deletion feature is available in your account dashboard, use it to delete your account or individual materials.

1.2. You may send a request to contact@lynx-ai.uz with the subject "LYNX AI Data Deletion". Requests are also accepted from persons who do not have a LYNX AI account or who have no access to it.

1.3. In your email, specify:

(a) the email address or other identifier associated with your data;

(b) the service, bot or connected platform where the data was used;

(c) what is to be deleted: the entire account, individual materials, correspondence, a voice recording or the data of a particular connection.

1.4. For a request relating to an organisation, specify its name and your relationship to the relevant workspace. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment details or copies of documents. If your identity or authority needs to be confirmed, we will ask only for the necessary information and offer a suitable way of providing it. Verification protects the data against deletion by an unauthorised person.

2. Data from WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and Facebook

2.1. If you have corresponded through WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram with an organisation that uses LYNX AI, we may have received from Meta your platform identifier, name or username, message content, attachments and delivery information. To have this data deleted, write to contact@lynx-ai.uz with the subject "LYNX AI Data Deletion". Specify the platform, the name of the organisation, its Page, account or WhatsApp number, and your phone number, Instagram username or Messenger name. You do not need a LYNX AI account for this. We will delete your data received through the platform from that organisation's workspace and inform the organisation of the request. Deletion is carried out on the instruction of that organisation, which it gives when connecting the channel.

2.2. If you have connected a Facebook Page or an Instagram account to LYNX AI, you can remove the LYNX AI app in the section of the platform's settings where connected apps and websites are listed, and send a data deletion request to contact@lynx-ai.uz.

2.3. An organisation that has connected a channel can disconnect it in the LYNX AI workspace and request deletion of the channel data through the workspace administrator or at contact@lynx-ai.uz. The organisation's accounts, Pages and numbers on Meta platforms remain under its control.

2.4. Deletion is carried out as soon as possible and no later than the periods specified in section 4. We report the outcome to the email address stated in the request. Revoking permissions or removing the app stops further receipt of data; data received earlier is deleted on request or in accordance with the Privacy Policy. These Instructions concern LYNX AI data. They do not delete your account on the platform, the platform's own records or copies of messages held by other participants in the correspondence; you manage these through the relevant platform or by contacting the recipient.

3. Telegram data and connected assistants

3.1. To stop the interaction, stop the bot or disconnect it from Telegram Business. To have data deleted in LYNX AI, write to us and specify the name of the bot and your Telegram username or identifier, if known. Deleting a chat in Telegram does not result in deletion of data in LYNX AI.

3.2. You may request deletion of the dialog history, attachments, voice recordings. If we process this data on the instruction of an organisation, we will help to forward and fulfil the request with the involvement of its authorised representative. You may also contact the organisation directly.

4. Timing and handling of requests

4.1. We consider the request and destroy the data to the extent requested within the following periods: upon withdrawal of consent, no later than the next working day after receipt of the request; upon achievement of the purpose of processing or on other grounds, within three days; in the case of unlawful processing, within one working day. If identity or authority must be confirmed in order to fulfil the request, we ask for confirmation no later than the next working day after receipt of the request and, until we receive it, suspend the processing of the data to which the request relates; the period for destruction runs from the date of receipt of information that makes it possible to identify the person making the request and the data relating to that person. Coordination with the organisation on whose instruction the data is processed does not extend the period.

4.2. After the necessary verification, we will destroy the data to the extent requested, stop the relevant processing and, where required, give instructions to the organisations processing the data on our instruction. We will inform you of the outcome, or of the reasons why the request cannot be fulfilled in full, in the form provided for by law, by an available means of communication.

4.3. Certain information may be retained where there is an independent lawful ground and to the minimum extent necessary for the performance of obligations under law, the accounting of settlements or the justified defence of rights. Such retention does not permit continued use of the materials being deleted for other purposes. We will explain the ground for such retention if disclosure of that information is permitted.

4.4. Depersonalisation instead of destruction is applied only in the cases provided for by legislation.

4.5. Information on the retention periods for particular categories of data is set out in the Privacy Policy (section "Retention and destruction").

5. Account deletion, subscription and backups

5.1. When an account is deleted, access to it and the processing of its data cease, and the data is destroyed within the periods specified in section 4. Deletion of the account ends the automatic renewal of the subscription.

5.2. Backups are stored in the Republic of Uzbekistan in encrypted form and are overwritten according to the cycle specified in the Privacy Policy (section "Retention and destruction"). Data subject to destruction is not restored from backups; when a backup is restored, a request already fulfilled is reapplied before processing resumes.

5.3. Mandatory destruction is not postponed for the duration of a period for cancelling account deletion or for obtaining a data export. Payments for access are governed by the Public Offer. A deletion request does not limit mandatory refund rights. Deletion of personal data is free of charge.
